We started LoadTest Cold Brew 0 with a simple belief: coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the slow-paced, sun-drenched mornings of Parisian boutiques, we set out to create a sanctuary in Prior Lake where neighbors could gather over a truly exceptional cup of coffee.
Our signature cold brew is steeped for a full twenty-four hours, extracting the deep chocolate and fruit notes of our beans without any of the bitterness. We partner with dedicated local roasters who share our commitment to fair trade and seasonal sourcing, ensuring every sip supports a sustainable chain.
